To submit a return you must read our terms and conditions below for the item(s) you are returning and submit the return request form.

*Please note, we do not respond to this request unless you require an exchange. Once the return form is submitted you can simply send it back to us - please ensure your name or order number is in the parcel.

RETURNS POLICY SWIMWEAR

At Isla In Bloom, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you would like to return it, you can return the item(s) for a refund, minus the cost for us to ship it to you and any Afterpay 6% merchant fees, or you can exchange it for something else. 


You have 30 days to return your order from the date of delivery on full price items, providing the following conditions are met.


Refunds are offered on full price and 20-30% off sale items - the items can be returned for a refund or exchanged for something else.


Refunds are not offered on 40-50% off clearance items - the sale is final on your purchase and the items cannot be returned or exchanged. 


SWIMWEAR


You can get a refund, store credit or exchange on swimwear (excluding clearance items) as long as the following conditions are met:


Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn or washed. There must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant or marks of any kind. Swing tags and hygiene liners must be in place and unaltered. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe. 


If you would like to return your item(s), please ensure you fold them neatly and place them with all labels and tags intact, into the mailer bag. 


If you return 4 or more items in your order for a refund we will need to deduct a handling fee of $15. This cost is to cover our expenses with having to collect your pieces, inspect them and then have them restocked. Orders that return less than 4 items will not be subject to this charge. 


All returns should be sent via registered post. Isla In Bloom is not liable for returned items that get damaged or lost in transit. We recommend you use a reliable carrier with a parcel tracking facility and insurance for protection. Please ensure you include your order number with your return, this number can be found in your order confirmation email. The original shipping cost for orders is non refundable, unless the item is faulty. Please see below for our policy on faulty items.

Once approved, we will aim to process your return within 3-5 days of receiving it. Please note, it may take longer during busy periods. 


For all sales that were processed using Afterpay and that are eligible for a refund - the 6% merchant fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

You can get a refund, store credit or exchange on picnic rugs, beach towels and beach umbrellas (excluding clearance items) as long as the following conditions are met:


Item must be in unused and in original condition with packaging intact. There must be no dirt, sand or stains of any kind.


We will assess that all returns and exchanges comply with the returns policy before any refunds, exchanges or store credits are applied. In the interest of all of our customers, Isla In Bloom reserves the right to reject any returned items for a store credit that do not meet the above requirements.

FAULTY ITEMS

SWIMWEAR


All of our swimwear is manufactured by hand to the highest standard. Before it is sent to you, the items go through a number of checks by quality control, to identify any faults. If you discover that your item arrives faulty, please get in touch with us at info@islainbloom.com.au along with images of the faulty item, within 7 days of delivery. The item must then be returned to us within 7 days after the fault has been reported so we can inspect the damage.Please note, colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of wear and tear does not deem the product to be faulty. Please take care of your items by following the care instructions on the label of your swimwear. You can also read our Care Guide. If our quality control team verifies the garment is faulty, we will provide a replacement garment or refund the order, as well as refund the cost of the shipping. The return post needs to be regular registered post and the receipt for shipping needs to be provided for a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Isla In Bloom is unable to refund the duty or taxes. The cost of shipping your items to you and the charges you incur to ship the items back to Australia will not be refunded, unless there is a faulty item. If an item is faulty, we will reimburse the cost of return postage in addition to your refund, the return post needs to be regular registered post and the receipt for shipping needs to be provided for a refund.
