What size should I order?

Our Size Guide can help you to determine your correct size. Please also check the product details for sizing tips. If you are still unsure which size to select, please contact us at info@islainbloom.com.au.

I’ve just placed an order, where is my order confirmation email?

Please allow 24 hours for your confirmation email to be delivered. We recommend checking your Junk mail or Spam folder just incase and if you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, please contact us at info@islainbloom.com.au.

Do you ship worldwide?

Do I have to pay for delivery?

For orders over $100 we offer Free Standard Shipping. For orders under $100 Standard Shipping is $9.95. We also offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $12.95. For New Zealand orders, we offer Standard Shipping for a flat-rate of $14.95. For more information, visit our Shipping Page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards and American Express. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please email info@islainbloom.com.au for assistance.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard Shipping for metro areas, please allow 3-5 business days. For rural areas, please allow 4-7 business days. 


Express Shipping for metro areas, please allow 1-2 business days. For rural areas, please allow 3-5 business days. 


Standard Shipping to New Zealand metro areas, please allow 5-10 business days. For rural areas, please allow 10-15 days.

What is your returns policy?

At Isla In Bloom, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you’re unhappy, you may return the item/s for a full refund within 21 days from the date of delivery on full price or sale items, providing the terms and conditions are met. Please visit our Returns Page for full details.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

You may be required to sign for your delivery, depending on the shipping method you’ve selected and whether you’re based in Australia or New Zealand. Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is attended during business hours.

Where is my order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be emailed tracking information and updates on the progress of your delivery by Australia Post. If you need help tracking your delivery please email us at info@islainbloom.com.au. You can also refer to the delivery timeframes noted on the Shipping Page.

Do I have to pay customs or duties on my order?

Please check with New Zealand Customs on duties or taxes that may be payable by you. You can check whether you are liable to pay here: New Zealand Customs. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Isla In Bloom.

How do I return an item?

To submit a return you must complete the form on our Returns Page within 7 days of the date of delivery. You will then have an additional 14 days to return your items to us. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Please note Isla In Bloom does not cover return postage costs. Please read our Returns Policy before submitting your return.

How do I care for my swimwear?

Rinse immediately after use. Do not leave rolled up wet. Cold hand wash separately in mild soap. Dry flat in shade. Do not use harsh detergents. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not soak, bleach, tumble dry, dry clean or iron. Avoid contact with chlorine, suntan lotions and oils as they can cause damage or mark garments – rinse immediately if your items come into contact. Avoid contact with rough surfaces to prevent pulls in fabric.

My size is unavailable, when it will it be back in stock?

Please email us at info@islainbloom.com.au with details of the item and we will let you know if more stock is coming.

How do I contact you?

Customer Support is available every day 9am-5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time. You can email us at info@islainbloom.com.au and we will aim to respond within 24 hours.

How do I use my discount code?

The discount code is entered at the second stage of the check out process where you complete your name, contact details and address. If you are paying with PayPal, you need to complete your shipping and payment details with PayPal and then you will be redirected back to our site, where you will be able to enter the code. You will not be charged until you have had the chance to enter the discount code and the discount has been applied to the total of your order.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

All of our swimwear is carefully checked for any faults before it is sent to you. If you happen to find a fault with your swimwear you can return it within 14 days of delivery. More information on the conditions of returning a faulty garment is listed on our Returns Page.
